Policies


Our policies are in place to give the best possible experience for all our guests. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Check-In: 3:00 PM –5:00 PM (call to make arrangements if checking in after hours)
Check-Out: 9:00 AM

Identification: Guest required to show photo ID upon arrival.

Deposits & Payment: A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation for the 2024 season. The balance is due prior to arrival. All confirmed reservations will be asked to submit their balance by May 31, 2024. Reservations made after May 31, 2024 are to be paid in full.

Cancellation Policy: A 10% service charge will be deducted on all cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the arrival date. Your reservation is non-cancellable in the 30 days before arrival. If you cancel within that time, you will be charged for your entire stay. You may receive credit (minus service charge) towards a future reservation to be used in 2024 or the 2025 season if we can re-book the room. Reservations may not be transferred to another party. Due to our seasonal business, every guest and reservation is important to us.

Room Occupancy:  Rooms may not exceed adult occupancy listed in our rates. All names of occupants must be shared at the time your reservation is made - additional charges apply if this information is not provided.

Children: Children are welcome! Select rooms have flexibility for children to stay (please ask for details). All children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children (including infants) are not permitted on the second-floor deck.

Pets: Sorry, we do not accept pets. Pets may not stay in a guest vehicle.

Smoking/Drug Policy: All areas of the lodge and accommodations are non-smoking. No smoking on decks or on Steamboat Landing grounds. Smoking cigarettes, cannabis, cigars, vaping, pipes or tobacco products of any kind is prohibited. Illegal drug use/possession will not be tolerated at any time. Guests caught violating this policy will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.

Candles:  For fire safety reasons no candles, incense or open flames are permitted in accommodations or on decks.

Damage: Guests are financially responsible for any damage that occurs to Steamboat Landing property including (but not limited to) rooms, common area, and outdoor space.

Quiet Hours: In respect of all guests, quiet hours are from 10pm - 9am.

Check-out & Room Responsibilities: We kindly ask that you leave your room as close to how you found it upon arrival. Instructions for room care are posted in accommodations. Check-out time is 9:00am. Leave your room key with the front office. $50 charge for keys not returned.
