COVID-19: Please do not come to Steamboat Landing if you are ill, currently have COVID-19, or have come in contact with someone who has COVID-19 until you are past the waiting period as advised by your local health officials.
Check-In: 3:00 PM –5:00 PM (please call to make arrangements if checking in after hours)
Check-Out: 9:00 AM
Identification: Guest required to show photo ID upon arrival.
Deposits & Payment: A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation for the 2021 season. The balance is due prior to arrival. All confirmed reservations will be asked to submit their balance by May 31, 2021. Reservations made after May 31, 2021 are to be paid in full.
Cancellation Policy: A 10% service charge will be deducted on all cancellations made 30 days prior to the arrival date. Your reservation is non-cancellable 30 days before arrival. If you cancel within that time, you will be charged for your entire stay. You may receive credit towards a future reservation to be used in 2021 or the 2022 season if we can re-book the room. Due to our seasonal business, every guest and reservation is important to us.
Room Occupancy: Rooms may not exceed adult occupancy listed in our rates. All names and ages of occupants must be shared at the time your reservation is taken.
Children: Children are welcome! Select rooms have flexibility for children to stay (please ask for details). All children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children are not permitted on the second-floor deck.
Pets: Sorry, we do not accept pets.
Smoking/Drug Policy: For your comfort all areas of the lodge and accommodations are non-smoking. No smoking on decks or on Steamboat Landing grounds. Smoking cigarettes, cigars, vaping, pipes or tobacco products of any kind is prohibited. Illegal drug use/possession will not be tolerated at any time. Guest caught violating the drug policy will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
Candles: For fire safety reasons no candles, incense or open flames are permitted in accommodations or on decks.
Damage: Guests are financially responsible for any damage that occurs to Steamboat Landing property including (but not limited to) rooms, common area, and outdoor space.
