Check-In: 3 PM–5 PM
Check-Out: 9 AM
Identification: Guest required to show photo ID upon arrival.
Deposits & Payment: 50% deposit required to secure reservation. Balance is due prior to arrival. All confirmed reservations will be asked to submit their balance by May 30. Reservations after May 1 are to be paid in full.
Cancellation Policy: Due to our seasonal business, every guest and reservation is important to us. Confirmed reservations are non-cancellable, you will be charged for your entire stay. If you cancel your reservation, we will try our best to re-book and if we do you will be refunded. If you are checked-in and decide to shorten your stay or check out early you will be charged for your entire reservation. No-shows are charged the full amount of their reservation.
Children: Children are welcome! All children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children are not permitted on the second-floor deck.
Pets: Sorry, we do not accept pets.
Smoking/Drug Policy: For your comfort all areas of the lodge and accommodations are non-smoking. No smoking on decks or on Steamboat Landing grounds. Smoking cigarettes, cigars, pipes or tobacco products of any kind is prohibited. Illegal drug use/possession will not be tolerated at any time. Guest caught violating the drug policy will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
Damage: Guests are financially responsible for any damage that occurs to Steamboat Landing property including (but not limited to) rooms, common area, and outdoor space.
